This is a lovely little game that came out on Game Pass this week. I was able to finish a full play through in a couple of days. The game is just exquisite to look at! The gameplay is alright, with enough variety to keep things fresh for its size. But again: the visuals are just something to pause and stare at.
I’m relatively new to the Halo series but have enjoyed playing through the originals (1, 2, 3, Reach, 5) and the current iteration (Infinite). Part 4 and ODST are the only ones left in my backlog.
I finished MK XI recently and it brought back fond memories of playing the first 4 titles in the series way back in my younger days. The cutscenes in this new one are really great!
Played a bit of The Gunk today and found it to be very relaxing. The flora on the alien planet is beautiful to look at.
Found this nice summary in Xbox’s 20th year anniversary celebration site. The whole museum is quite nice too. No surprise that Rayman tops the list, my kids were quite addicted to it a couple of years back. Back then I had not created separate profiles for them so it got logged against my userid.
I’m a latecomer to the Xbox ecosystem unfortunately, so the museum doesn’t have that nostalgic feel to it personally. But it’s nice that they still port and enhance their older games to let people like me catch up.

Continuing my tradition of drawing from the video game I’m currently playing, here’s Arthur Morgan From Red Dead Redemption 2.
The game is exquisite. I’m loving the slow pace, the open world and the activities you can partake in.
My first time using watercolours so let’s assume this is a stylistic take on the cover.
